I've always been curious about what makes a life feel fully alive. That curiosity has taken me in wonderfully unexpected directions. I've lived in five countries, studied at Harvard, and built a life centered around movement, meaningful connection, and helping people rediscover what makes them feel most alive.
Long before somatics, tantra, coaching, and bodywork, there was dance. Movement taught me to listen with my body. Today, my hands have become another way of listening. My approach blends science, intuition, and deep presence, exploring what becomes possible when we feel safe enough to come home to ourselves, reconnect with pleasure, and experience life more fully.
The common thread throughout my work has been guiding people through transitions and back toward themselves. As a school counselor, I supported adolescents in cultivating resilience, confidence, and sense of self. Today, I bring that same care to adults ready to reconnect with the parts of themselves they've lost along the way and reignite their curiosity, passion, and sense of aliveness.

I'm playful by nature, quick to laugh, and deeply authentic. I feel most alive on the dance floor, surfing, snowboarding, weaving through New York City on my bike, hiking to a breathtaking view, or getting lost in a new city. Enthusiasm is contagious, and one of life's greatest pleasures is sharing what lights us up with someone who's just as curious.
A client recently told me,
"There's no one with as much kindness, understanding, and genuine care for unlocking the human spirit as you."
Those words capture what matters most. Whether we're sharing an ordinary afternoon or creating something extraordinary together, you will leave feeling more connected to yourself, more present in your body, and a little more excited about your own life.
